Lifecycle Costs for Capital Equipment Projects

Abstract:

So, you’ve been given a project? As all of us who manage projects of varying sizes know, there is a lot more involved than just installation costs. Operation costs, maintenance costs, decommissioning costs and (the often overlooked) down-time costs all need to be considered early on in the implementation of the project. Attendees of this meeting will be presented with an overview of Lifecycle Cost Analysis (LCC), and the types of things that must be considered in order to make the best decisions and minimize total project costs

Speaker:

Peter Sibilski has over 30 years of experience in project management, product development, and energy management in the process-chemical and pharmaceuticals industries. He has led diverse, cross-functional teams in achieving business-driven goals for projects of significant dollar value. Peter has a proven track-record of successful and award-winning product development and project implementation providing significant cost savings, increased operational efficiencies, and enhanced competitive position. He received his BSChE in 1981 from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and has an MBA – Technology Management from The University of Phoenix. Peter is a licensed PE in New Jersey, and is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM)
