“Lifecycle Costs for Capital Equipment Projects”
Abstract:
So, you’ve been given a project? As all of us who manage projects of varying sizes know, there is a lot more involved than just installation costs. Operation costs, maintenance costs, decommissioning costs and (the often overlooked) down-time costs all need to be considered early on in the implementation of the project. Attendees of this meeting will be presented with an overview of Lifecycle Cost Analysis (LCC), and the types of things that must be considered in order to make the best decisions and minimize total project costs
Speaker:
Peter Sibilski has over 30 years of experience in project management, product development, and energy management in the process-chemical and pharmaceuticals industries.
